About Raheela Anwar

Raheela Anwar brings more than 25 years of experience in executive outplacement and financial services to Group 360, with expertise in M&A, executive compensation, corporate delayering, and building and leading diverse teams. She is a leader in guiding professionals and organizations through career transition, connecting them with networks and resources to help them find their next opportunity.

Prior to launching Group 360, Raheela served in executive roles for BPI group and a national boutique executive outplacement firm, where she managed client relationships, developed growth strategies, and advised clients on opportunities to implement leadership coaching, succession planning, and talent development. Before that, she worked in the financial services industry as an independent consultant advising multi-asset class firms, served as a Managing Director at The Zeigler Companies, and held several roles at The Northern Trust Corporation.

Across her career, Raheela has built a professional reputation on client-centric focus, the highest level of responsiveness, and developing lasting relationships—values which are the very core of Group 360’s approach.

Raheela holds a Master’s of Business Administration from the University of Chicago, a Bachelor of Arts in molecular biology and French literature from Northwestern University, and an investment certificate from the University of Pennsylvania Wharton School of Business. Raheela is married with three children and active in her community, having served as Board Chair for several organizations and philanthropies across Chicagoland.
