About Jim Tanchon

Jim Tanchon is EG’s Senior Vice President of Sales with responsibilities for new business development through the design and deployment of innovative workforce solutions including Recruitment Process Outsourcing and Managed Services.  Over the past 7 years at EG Workforce Solutions, he has had the opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of the company. As the Senior Vice President of Sales, Jim’s core functions include new business development, managing existing client relationships, setting overall sales strategies, and leading the sales team in generating a pipeline of qualified business. Jim takes the lead for EG in its model of delivering “measurably better” results through proprietary systems that supports the mission of Helping People Succeed.

In this role, Jim works closely with strategic clients to better understand business trends and requirements in effort to provide custom-tailored workforce solutions that improve candidate quality, increase customer satisfaction, and reduce unwanted turnover.  Jim has over 30 years of experience within the workforce solutions industry and has developed long and mutually beneficial relationships with many Fortune 500 clients.

Jim currently lives in Carmel, IN, is an avid runner with numerous marathons “under his belt” and enjoys and fishing with his twin Brother Jeff and exercising with his Fox Red Labs, Fletcher & Riggs.  Jim received his Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Ohio Wesleyan University.
